Abstract:
Disclosed in the specification are a composition comprising a suppressive material against SRBC expression or activity as an effective ingredient and a method for screening a suppressive material against adipocyte differentiation. A composition comprising a suppressive material against SRBC expression or activity as an effective ingredient according to an aspect of the present invention suppresses the differentiation of adipocytes and can be thus used for obesity prevention or alleviation. In addition, a method for screening a suppressive material against adipocyte differentiation according to an aspect of the present invention can screen a suppressive material against adipocyte differentiation simply, quickly, and effectively by treating dermal adipocytes with a test material and examining a relative expression level of an SRBC gene.
