Abstract:
The present invention provides a composition for thin layer glass temporary fixation with which it is possible to stably and temporarily fix pieces of thin layer glass to each other without reducing the absorption of hydrofluoric acid and causing over-etching. A composition for thin layer glass temporary fixation according to the present invention can stably and temporarily fix pieces of thin layer glass to each other without reducing the absorption of hydrofluoric acid and causing over-etching, the composition for thin layer glass temporary fixation being characterized by containing a radiation reactive monomer (A) having a hydrocarbon group with a carbon number of at least 13, wherein the radiation reactive monomer is preferably a (meth)acrylate and the radiation reactive monomer (A) is more preferably an alkyl (meth)acrylate.
