Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating macular degeneration comprising a novel peptide. Specifically, since the peptide of the present invention has the excellent effect of inhibiting choroidal neovascularization, which is a major cause of macular degeneration, and shows excellent stability and solubility, the peptide can be developed as an excellent treatment agent for macular degeneration.
