Abstract:
Provided are extracellular vesicles derived from cells that show reduced graft rejection and have a physiological activity. The composition according to the present invention contains extracellular vesicles of a regenerative cell population, which is induced from mononuclear cells derived from a biological sample, or a culture thereof.
