Abstract:
The present invention provides a composition that is effective in improving the symptoms of autism spectrum disorder. The composition is characterized in containing, as an active ingredient, at least one type of pyridoxamine compound selected from the group consisting of pyridoxamine and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The composition can also be used in combination with at least one type of thiamine compound selected from the group consisting of thiamine, a derivative thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
