Abstract:

The present invention relates to a composition capable of improving the washability of stains during washing by treatment of an object.　The composition of the present invention is a composition containing (A) a modified hydroxyalkyl cellulose and (B) a cationic surfactant, wherein the (A) modified hydroxyalkyl cellulose has a cationic group and a hydrophobic group represented by formula (1) bonded to a group obtained by removing a hydrogen atom from a hydroxyl group of hydroxyalkyl cellulose, the degree of substitution of the hydroxyalkyl groups in the hydroxyalkyl cellulose is from 0.1 to 3, and the content of the (B) cationic surfactant is from more than one mass part to 1500 mass parts per one mass part of the (A) modified hydroxyalkyl cellulose. (In formula (1), Z represents a single bond or a hydrocarbon group having an oxygen atom, R1 represents a C2 or higher hydrocarbon group, and * shows the bonding position with the group obtained by removing a hydrogen atom from a hydroxyl group of hydroxyalkyl cellulose.)
