A composition comprising a polyimide-based resin (A), a polymer (B), and a phenolic antioxidant, wherein the phenolic antioxidant contains a substituent P represented by formula (P) [wherein Rp, Rq, Rr, and Rs each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a C1-C12 alkyl group, or a C5-C12 cycloalkyl group and * indicates a linking bond] and a structure S formed by replacing the substituent P of the phenolic antioxidant with a hydrogen atom has an optionally substituted aromatic ring.
