Abstract:
Disclosed is a compound as represented by formula I. The compound is used as an activator for adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase to phosphorylate and activate adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase, and then to regulate a downstream signaling pathway, and thus can inhibit the growth and division of liver cancer cells and breast cancer cells, and can also induce the death of fat cells. Thus, the compound in the present invention can be applied in manufacturing of pharmaceutical compositions for adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase-related cancers and fat metabolism diseases or syndromes, and can also be used for treating adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase-related cancers and fat metabolism diseases or syndromes.
