Abstract:
Disclosed are a compound comprising a structural unit as represented by at least one of formulae (1)-(4). The compound comprises an alcohol-soluble or water-soluble group. The compound has a large molar extinction coefficient, a color conversion layer manufactured by the compound can absorb incident light effectively, and it is convenient to prepare a thin color conversion layer. The alcohol-soluble or water-soluble group facilitates dissolution of the compound in a green and environmentally friendly solvent to form a printing ink. Moreover, the peak position of the absorption spectrum of the compound can be adjusted by modifying the molecular structure thereof, and different types of color conversion layers can be prepared by using compounds having different chemical structures, so that light of different colors can be absorbed. A light-emitting device using the compound can be used for manufacturing a display device having a high color gamut.
