Title:
COMPOUND, BONDED BODY OF SAME, AND ORGANIC SEMICONDUCTOR MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/078040
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a tetrazolopyridine compound which is capable of maintaining the LUMO level low when the tetrazolopyridine compound is used as an organic semiconductor material. A compound represented by formula (1), or a bonded body of the compound. In formula (1), R1 represents a hydrogen atom or a group that constitutes a conjugated π-electron system together with a tetrazolopyridine moiety of formula (1), and the group may have a linking moiety or an organic group that may have a linking moiety; in cases where there are a plurality of R1 moieties, the plurality of R1 moieties may be the same as or different from each other; A1 represents at least one group selected from among -CN, a malononitrile, -CF3, -CHO, -COORa, -SO2Ra and -SO2-ORa, wherein Ra represents a linking moiety or an organic group that may have a linking moiety; in cases where there are a plurality of A1 moieties, the plurality of A1 moieties may be the same as or different from each other; and m represents an integer of 0-3, and n represents an integer of 1-4, provided that (m + n) is 4. Incidentally, a plurality of compounds represented by formula (1) may form a bonded body by being bonded to each other at the linking moieties; and the linking moieties form a direct bond.
