Abstract:

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a compound that has high antimalarial activity, especially a compound that is effective against drug-resistant malaria and use of the compound. Provided is a compound having antimalarial activity, which is represented by chemical formula AA. In chemical formula AA, m represents a number of 1-5; n represents a number of 1-5; R1 represents an unsubstituted or substituted quinolinyl group; and R2 represents H, CH3 or CH2NH2.
