Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a compound having a response to the endocytic release of cells and the use thereof. Specifically, provided in the present invention is a compound having a response to endocytosis, which is composed of a lipophilic head, a hydrophilic chain, and a group having a response to the pH in the middle, and is as represented by formula I. The complex modified by means of the compound of the present invention is stable in terms of body fluid circulation, and also has a high transfection efficiency.
