Abstract:
A compound inhibitor for preventing spontaneous combustion of coal and a preparation method therefor, the compound inhibitor comprising polyacrylic acid super absorbent resin, vitamin C and water, the mass percentage concentration of a mixture of the polyacrylic acid super absorbent resin and the vitamin C being 10-15%. After the polyacrylic acid super absorbent resin and the vitamin C are uniformly mixed, the mixture is soaked in water for 10 hours, dried and crushed, and then mixed with water to obtain a compound inhibitor. The compound inhibitor may inhibit oxidization of active methyl, methylene and hydroxyl on the surface of coal, and may absorb moisture to form an inhibition film for retaining water and isolating oxygen, thereby better preventing spontaneous combustion of coal.
