Abstract:
A compound represented by general formula (1) is useful as a light emitting material. In general formula (1), Ar1-Ar3 represent aryl groups, and at least one of Ar1-Ar3 represents an aryl group that is substituted by a group represented by general formula (2). In general formula (2), each of R1-R8 represents a hydrogen atom or a substituent; Z represents O, S, O=C or Ar4-N; and Ar4 represents an aryl group.
