Abstract:
Provided are: a compound that has a low melting point, an improved volatility and an excellent heat resistance; and a method for producing a lithium-containing film. A compound represented by formula (1). (In formula (1), A represents a nitrogen atom, a phosphorus atom, a boron atom or an aluminum atom. E1 and E2 independently represent a carbon atom, a silicon atom, a germanium atom or a tin atom. R1 to R6 independently represent a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group having 1-10 carbon atoms in which a constituting atom may be substituted by a hetero atom. However, all of R1 to R6 do not represent a hydrogen atom at the same time. D represents a monodentate or multidentate neutral ligand structure. x is 0 or an integer of 1 or more, and y is an integer of 1 or more. When A is a nitrogen atom and none of the carbon atoms constituting R1 to R6 is substituted by the hetero atom, then x is a numerical value of 1 or more and y is a numerical value of 1 or more. When there are multiple A, E1, E2 and R1 to R6 respectively, then these groups may be either the same or different.)
