Abstract:
A compound represented by general formula (1) is useful as a host and an assist dopant. R1 to R5 independently represent a hydrogen atom or a substituent other than a cyano group, and at least one of R1 to R5 represents a group represented by general formula (2) or (3). R11 to R20 and R71 to R79 independently represent a hydrogen atom or a substituent.
