Abstract:
Disclosed are a compound noni juice health drink and a preparation method thereof, the drink comprising the following raw material components: noni juice fermented juice, honey, ginger juice, celery juice and water, and the volume ratio of each raw material component is: 5% to 80% of noni juice fermented juice, 0 to 15% of honey, 3% to 15% of ginger juice, 5% to 30% of celery juice, and the balance of water. The noni juice fermented juice involves fresh and ripe noni being cleaned and air-dried, placed in an airtight container at a temperature of 25ºC-35ºC for 3 months to make it naturally ferment, and filtrated to obtain the noni juice fermented juice. The beverage improves the health care properties of noni juice, expands the nutritional content of noni juice, improves the taste thereof and enhances the body's absorption of nutrients therein.
