Disclosed are: a compound represented by chemical formula 1; an organic electric element comprising a first electrode, a second electrode, and an organic material layer between the first electrode and the second electrode; and an electronic device comprising the same, wherein the inclusion of the compound represented by chemical formula 1 in the organic material layer can lower the driving voltage of the organic electric element and improve the luminous efficiency and lifetime of the organic electric element.
