Abstract:
The invention relates to a new compound, to the preparation thereof, and to the use of which in the preparation of a drug as a calcium antagonist of L type channel. The compound of the invention is very important in the treatment of heart-brain diseases, because it can inhibit the current of calcium of L type significantly, and the conductance of type L calcium channel is the biggest in all of the four types.
