Abstract:
A compound probiotic soft chewing capsule for whitening teeth, comprising a rubber skin and contents. Based on a total mass fraction of 100% of the soft capsule, the mass fraction of each component is as follows: a probiotic 1-25%, an oligosaccharide 0.1-5%, a milk powder and/or a fruit and vegetable powder 0-10%, dietary fibers 0.01-25%, xylitol 2-10%, a vegetable oil rich in unsaturated fatty acids 30-65%, an emulsifier 0.5%-8%, other food additives consisting of a flavor, a sweetener, and an acidity regulator 0.01-2%, gelatin 8-12%, a water retention agent 5-15%, water 6-14%, and a pigment 0-2%, wherein the gelatin, the water retention agent, the water, and the pigment constitute the rubber skin, and the other components constitute the contents. A plant essential oil may also be added to the contents. The soft capsule has the effects of inhibiting bacteria, protecting teeth, cleaning the mouth, and freshening the breath. The present invention further relates to a method for preparing the soft capsule and an application thereof to teeth whitening.
