The inventive compound for producing building materials comprises a mineral binder, water and, in addition, 0.00001-2.0 mass % of fulleroid-type carbon clusters. For said compound, polydispersed carbon nano-tubes or the mixture thereof with fullerenes, or polyhedral multilayer fulleroid-type carbon nanostructures having an interlayer distance of 0.34-0.36 nm and a particle size of 60-200 nm are used as the fulleroid-type carbon clusters. The compound also can contain technological additives in a quantity of 80-700 mass parts per 100 mass parts of the mineral binder. The carbon clusters improve the physico-mechanical properties of building materials maid of the inventive compound by microstructuring concrete (lime, gypsum, cement-lime or cement-gypsum) stone.
