Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of genetic engineering, and relates to a compound for RNA capping and an application of the compound. The compound has a structure as shown in formula I. The compound is used to cap mRNA5' end, better capping efficiency is achieved, and the expression quantity of the obtained capped mRNA is also improved.
