Abstract:
An embodiment of the present invention provides a compound solar cell comprising: a compound semiconductor layer; a first electrode and a second electrode formed on a front surface and a rear surface of the compound semiconductor layer, respectively; and a support substrate formed to cover the second electrode, wherein the support substrate includes an open portion formed to allow a part of the second electrode to be exposed to the outside and the open portion is formed to allow a part of a side of the second electrode to be exposed.
