Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of semiconductors. Disclosed are a compound using arylamine-attached bi-dimethylfluorene as a nucleus, and an application thereof. The structure of the compound provided in the present invention is represented in general formula (1). Also disclosed is an application of the compound. The compound in the present invention is not easy to crystallize and aggregate due to intermolecular interaction, and has a good film forming property. The compound in the present invention can be used as a hole transport layer material in an organic electroluminescent device. The organic electroluminescent device in which the compound in the present invention is applied has good photoelectric properties, and can be adapted to and meet application requirements of panel manufacturing enterprises better.
