Abstract:
A hydrate or dehydrate of calcium dibutyryladenosine cyclophosphate with special
property, pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound, and its preparation
and uses are provided. The molecular formula of the compound is C18H23N5O8P
1/2 Ca nH2O, wherein n=0~2.5. The compound is presented in the form
of white-like or pale yellow powder, which is slight soluble in water and is almost
unsolvable in alcohol. The compound with outstanding stability is proteinkinase
activator, which is mainly used to treat cardiac cerabral vascular disease and
to modulate the growth of mammal.
