Abstract:
Disclosed is a compounding agent for rubber vulcanization which is composed of
an amine salt compound of a carboxylic acid group-containing disulfide represented by
the formula (I) below. Also disclosed are a method for manufacturing such a compounding
agent, and a rubber composition containing the compounding agent, which is improved
in vulcanization rate and vulcanized rubber properties without adversely affecting
the scorch time. (I) (In the formula, R1, R2 and R3
independently represent a hydrogen or a heteroatom having 1-20 carbon atoms
and/or an optionally substituted organic group; and X represents a heteroatom
having 2-20 carbon atoms and/or an optionally substituted organic group.)
