Abstract:

The invention relates to a method for compounding by rolling two kinds of metal materials, respectively in solid and liquid states, and a device thereof. The method comprises: -casting a liquid metal material onto the surface of a solid metal substrate which is different from the liquid metal material and provided with bond flux; -rolling the two materials, causing the liquid metal solidfied and adhered onto the surface of the substrate, thereby forming a metallurgic compounding structure from those metal materials. The method according to present invention have the advantages of high joining strength, low manufacturing cost, excellent production rate, high quality of product, low investment and energy consumption. Instead of the method for compounding by rolling solid materials, the present invention can be adapted to manufacture a variety of composite metal strip or sheet.
