Abstract:
The present invention provides agents that reduce apoE4 domain interaction. Agents of the invention are useful to treat disorders associated with apoE4. The present invention further provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising the agents. The present invention further provides methods of treating disorders associated with apoE4.
