Abstract:
Provided are STAT3 small molecule inhibitors, which are naphtho[1,8-cd]isothiazol-5-one-1,1-dioxo derivatives or 1,4-dioxo-5-sulfamoyl-1,4-dihydronaphthalene derivatives. The derivatives are used for preparing medicaments for preventing and/or treating tumor-related diseases, especially colorectal cancer.
