Abstract:
Compounds represented by general formula (I) or (II) or salts thereof which are useful as a retinoid potentiator, wherein R1 represents hydrogen or C1-6 alkyl; R2 and R3 represent each hydrogen or C1-6 alkyl, or R2 and R3 together form 5- or 6-membered cycloalkyl; R4 represents hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, etc.; R5 represents hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, etc.; R6 represents hydrogen or C1-6 alkyl; X represents -NR7-, -O-, -CHR7- or -S-, wherein R7 represents hydrogen, C1-6 alkyl, etc.; and Y represents phenylene or pyridinediyl.
