Abstract:
A comprehensive treatment method for applying sodium-containing ammonium waste liquid to laterite nickel ore, comprising the steps of ore proportioning pre-soaking, oxygen pressure leaching, partial neutralization, impurity removal by precipitation, and alkaline precipitation of nickel, manganese and cobalt. The step of the partial neutralization specifically comprise: firstly adding sodium-containing ammonium waste liquid to a leaching solution obtained by the step of oxygen pressure leaching, and then adding a first neutralizer till the pH value is 1.0-2.5, to obtain a partial neutralization solution. According to the technical solution, by adding sodium-containing ammonium waste liquid after reactive leaching using an oxidation autoclave, the combustion of the oxidation autoclave made of titanium due to organic matter in the sodium-containing ammonium waste liquid is avoided while ensuring high leaching rate of nickel, manganese and cobalt, and safe production is ensured; in addition, the sodium-containing ammonium waste liquid difficult to use in industrial production is reasonably recycled, thereby significantly reducing the treatment cost of laterite nickel ore.
