Abstract:
[Problem] A compressed air driven reciprocating piston hydraulic pump (P) comprises a main switching valve (42A) for switching the supply system for compressed air, and an auxiliary switching valve (42B) for switching the main switching valve (42A) across the air supply position and the air discharge position, but in some cases, the main switching valve (42A) is in a neutral position when a piston (14) is operating at an extremely low speed.
[Solution] A first and second annular valve face (51, 52) is formed, on both the top and bottom ends of an annular valve body (43a) of a main valve (43), in close vicinity or in direct contact with a first and second annular valve seat (53, 54) on a valve case (31, 32) side, and an air inlet chamber (55) is formed by a piston accommodating hole (45) and a piston (46). The main switching valve (42A) is switched by the auxiliary switching valve (42B) supplying/discharging compressed air to/from the air inlet chamber (55). A central core portion of the main valve (43) is configured in an auxiliary valve (43A), the seal of a second valve member (57) is released by rapidly moving the auxiliary valve (43A) with low pressure compressed air, and the main valve (53) is switched.
