Provided is a compressed air drying device that can improve the elimination rate for oil included in compressed air. The compressed air drying device is provided with: a support base (11) having an inlet (15) for compressed air from a compressor, an outlet (20) for the compressed air, and an oil and water discharge opening (19) provided with a drain valve device; and a drying vessel (13) filled with a drying agent (12) and attached to the support base (11). During load operation, the compressed air drying device dries compressed air flowing in from the inlet (15) by means of the drying agent (12), and the dried compressed air is discharged from the outlet (20). During unloaded operation, oil and water are discharged from the discharge opening (19) by compressed air being made to pass through the inside of the drying vessel. The compressed air drying device is provided with glass fiber filters (51, 52) on the upstream side and the downstream side of the drying agent (12) in the flow of compressed air during load operation.
