Abstract:
The present invention relates to a compressed air generator for aspirating air and discharging compressed air, comprising: a case (100) in which an inner space is provided; a driving motor (200) which is installed on the inside of the case (100); an eccentric protrusion cam (300), which is connected to and rotates with a rotary shaft of the driving motor (200), and is provided with a guide protrusion portion (310) that protrudes upward from a position at a specific distance away from the rotary shaft of the driving motor (200); a rising/falling portion (400), which is coupled to the guide protrusion portion (310), and moves reciprocally in a vertical manner by means of the rotation of the eccentric protrusion cam (300); a diaphragm (500), a lower surface of which is coupled to the rising/falling portion (400) and the periphery of the upper end of which is coupled to an upper end portion of the case (100), and which is made from a flexible material; and a fixing cap (600), which is coupled to the periphery of the upper end of the diaphragm (500) and defines a compression space (540) on the inside of the diaphragm (500), and which is provided with an aspiration valve (610) that opens and introduces outside air into the compression space (540) when the rising/falling portion (400) is lowered and the compression space (540) is expanded, and an exhaust valve (620) that opens and discharges compressed air that is inside the compression space (540) to the outside when the compression space (540) is reduced when the rising/falling portion (400) is raised.
