Abstract:
A compression algorithm verification method, a storage medium, and a display device. The compression algorithm verification method comprises: acquiring an original image (S100); sequentially compressing and decompressing the original image by using an overdriven compression algorithm to be verified to obtain a first image (S200); processing the first image to obtain a second image (S300); respectively using the first image and the second image as the previous frame image and the current frame image, and obtaining, according to the overdriving technology, a third image having a grayscale compensation value overlaid on the second image (S400); and controlling the third image to be dynamically played in a manner that the first image changes to the second image, so as to verify whether the overdriven compression algorithm satisfies a set requirement (S500).
