Abstract:
A compression calcination-type oil shale dry distillation system, comprising a crushing device (1), a compression classification device (2), a sand blasting dry distillation device (4), a filter (10), an oil-gas separation device (3), an oil-gas dust remover (9) and an oil receiving device (11), which are connected in sequence. The compression classification device (2) comprises a bag-type classification compression chamber (5), a fixed mesh screen (6) and a level 1 dry distillation calcination chamber (7), which are connected in sequence; the bag-type classification compression chamber (5) is externally provided with a vertically expanding power source (16) and expandable sleeve (18), and an automatic recovery device (19); a fine particle oil shale exit (51) transports fine particle oil shale by means of a transport pipe (8) to the sand blasting dry distillation device (4), and the sand blasting dry distillation device (4) comprises a vertical sand blasting portion (41) and a level 2 calcination device (42); and the level 1 dry distillation calcination chamber (7) is further connected to the level 2 calcination device (42).
