Abstract:
A compression mechanism and a scroll compressor. The compression mechanism comprises a fixed scroll (20) and an orbiting scroll, and further comprises a gas discharge structure. The gas discharge structure comprises: a gas discharge port (24) formed in a base plate (21) of the fixed scroll (20) and running through the base plate (21) in the longitudinal direction so as to be in communication with a compression cavity; and a gas discharge valve (30), comprising a valve plate (35), the valve plate (35) being mounted in alignment with the gas discharge port (24), and at least part of the valve plate (35) being configured to selectively move away from the gas discharge port (24) or move towards the gas discharge port (24) according to the pressure in the compression cavity. The gas discharge structure further comprises a resonant cavity (26) formed in the base plate (21) of the fixed scroll (20), the resonant cavity (26) is in communication with the gas discharge port (24) by means of a guide channel (27), and in a cross-section transverse to the gas flow direction in the guide channel (27) and the resonant cavity (26), the equivalent cross-sectional area of the guide channel (27) is smaller than the equivalent cross-sectional area of the resonant cavity (26). By forming a Helmholtz resonator in the gas discharge structure of the compression mechanism, vibration noise and rattling noise generated by the valve plate of the gas discharge valve in the operation process can be reduced or even eliminated.
