Abstract:
The efficacy and safety of compression training are enhanced. The compression
training system is one involving winding around a portion of the arms or legs to
be tightened, comprising constriction device (100) with a gas bag; pressure
regulation unit (200) capable of regulating a compression force to the tightened
portion by the constriction device (100) through air supply to or air withdrawal
from the gas bag of the constriction device (100); measuring unit (300) and control
unit (400). The measuring unit (300) measures a measurement object value selected
from among the pulse rate, brain wave record and oxygen saturation value of the
person under compression training. The control unit (400), when the measurement
object value measured by the measuring unit (300) indicates due discontinuation
of compression training, sends the information to the pressure regulation unit
(200) and discontinues the compression training.
