Provided are a compressor assembly with a tangential damping device and a refrigerating system, wherein the compressor assembly comprises: a compressor body (1); a first connecting piece (2) for bonding connection with the outer peripheral wall of the compressor body (1); a second connecting piece (5) for connecting with the first connecting piece (2) to fix the first connecting piece (2); a damping part (4) arranged between the first connecting piece (2) and the second connecting piece (5); wherein, the arrangement direction of the first connecting piece (2), the damping part (4) and the second connecting piece (5) is in the tangential direction of the outer peripheral wall of the compressor body (1), and is perpendicular to the axial direction of the compressor body (1). According to the compressor assembly, the tangential vibration of the compressor body can be reduced through the first and second connecting pieces and the damping part arranged in the tangential direction, the vibration generated by the compressor body in the tangential direction is reduced, and the problems of noise and low reliability caused by high pipeline vibration in the refrigerating system are solved.
