CLAIMS
(PATENT REQUIREMENTS^)
1. The compressor for cleaning and drying the wheel tyre tread at braking is composed of the compressor (2), onto which nozzles (3) are linked by pipes (4). The compressor (2) is installed in any suitable place in the car, whereby the nozzles (3) are located in front of the wheels (16) in the flooring section of the car.
This position of the nozzles happens to be very important, because from that very position the nozzles (3) intentionally and efficiently throw out the compressed air (8), i.e. the air under the pressure, onto the asphalt (15) in front of the wheels (16) at abrupt braking due to as short the stopping distance as possible and due to improvement of other roadworthy- dynamic properties of the car.
2. The compressor for cleaning and drying the wheel tyre tread pursuant to the request 1, whereby the position of the nozzles (3) includes also a protective lid (7), which opens itself when the compressed air (8) is being thrown out towards the asphalt (15) out of the nozzles (3) and which closes itself down when the nozzles (3) stop working. The lid (7) enables in this manner the compressed air (8) to be thrown out with no obstacles out of the nozzles (3) towards the asphalt (15), whereby the obstacles might occur due to the increased air circulation while the car is moving. The lid (7) has an additional function and that is to prevent the nozzles to be blocked due to various impurities.
3. The compressor for cleaning and drying the wheel tyre tread pursuant to the request 1, whereby the system, containing the compressor (2), nozzles (3) and the lid (7) is activated by the ESP activation.
4. The compressor for cleaning and drying the wheel tyre tread pursuant to the request 1, whereby the system has as an option the possibility of being constantly active at higher speeds.

COMPRESSOR DEVICE FOR CLEANING AND DRYING THE WHEEL TYRE TREAD BRAKING
1. TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The invention represents a compressor, onto which nozzles are attached by pipes- channels. In the International Patent Classification (IPC), it is referred to as B05B 9/04.
2. TECHNCIAL PROBLEM (for the solution of which the protection is asked for)
The unoptimal wheel tyre tread has for years already been one of the largest problems, encountered at car braking. However, this problem results in an elongated stopping distance of the car compared to the optimal (dry) tyre tread. One of the main reasons for the reduced strength of the grip between the wheel tyre and the asphalt is rain, i.e. the damp road surface. In addition to rain, there are of course other reasons as well for the reduced road surface quality, such as glazed frost, sand and other impurities found at the asphalt.
3. TECHNICAL STATUS (overview and analyses of solutions for the established technical problem)
It is of course not entirely possible to come up with an appropriate solution for the problem of various unfavourable road conditions, but on the other hand, it is possible to invent the technical solutions for reducing the impact those unfavourable road conditions exert on the car's roadworthy-dynamic properties. The majority of these solutions are based on electronic programmes, which independently operate the individual car components, primarily the components which belong to suspension and wheel as their integral parts. One of these programmes is Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), the main function of which is to prevent the wheel locking at abrupt braking and to consequently prevent the uncomfortable swerving of the car, which happens as a rule at each abrupt braking at the slippery asphalt. Additionally, the stopping distance is reduced in this manner and it becomes possible to better operate the car at braking.
Other systems, such as Sensitive Brake Control (SBC) make use of highly sophisticated programme calculations, which enable the so-called "smart braking", in which the optimal braking power is defined for each individual wheel separately, with the aim of shortening the stopping distance as much as possible.
4. SUBSTANCE OF THE INVENTION
(explanation of the technical problem and its solution and outline of technical novelties of the invention compared to the so-far technical status)
The primary aim of this invention is to improve the tyre tread of the car wheel at braking and in that manner to shorten the stopping distance, whereas the secondary aim of the invention happens to be to advance the roadworthy-dynamic properties of the car. The additional aims and advantages of the invention are going to be partially outlined in the description below and partially revealed during the use of the invention.
As already mentioned above under the item 2 of this Invention Description, one of the largest problems encountered by the car driver at abrupt braking is the unoptimal road surface conditions, caused by various substances found at the asphalt, primarily water. This problem significantly elongates the stopping distance of the car at braking and impairs the roadworthy- dynamic properties of the car compared to the optimal condition - dry and clean asphalt. It is, however, not possible to fully resolve this problem, but what is still possible is to come up with a solution, the main purpose of which is to reduce the impact of all these impurities
found at the asphalt. This presupposed invention resolves partially and in an innovative manner the above-mentioned problems.
In this innovative application, the compressor refers to any compressor of the appropriate power, whereby the electric compressor is given priority due to its economical quality and due to the fact that it has nozzles with an integrated protective lid, which intentionally throw out the compressed air. Logically, the compressor has the function to compress (press together) the air and to lead it through the pipes to the nozzles, which under the pressure throw out the compressed air onto the asphalt in front of the car wheels.
The system is activated by abrupt braking. In case of encountering a damp road surface, the function of the system is to remove the water in front of the tyre at the moment of abrupt braking in order to enable a better grip between the asphalt and the wheel, in which manner the stopping distance is shortened at the damp road surface compared to the classic braking mode. The presupposed invention may be applied in different conditions encountered at the road during different seasons of the year, such as glazed frost, sand etc.
In order to make the system work in snow, it is necessary to throw out the compressed air out of the nozzles in a broken rhythm, for which the system may easily be programmed.
The system shall have positive effects also on the occasion of ESP activation, in the manner that it shall enable a larger grip between the asphalt and the car wheel.
On the occasion of driving along the slippery road surface, the system may constantly be active at higher speeds. The system is supposed to be adjusted to any form and type of the car.
5. SHORT DESCRIPTION OF PICTURES
The pictures included in the Invention Description and making the Description illustrate the best mode for invention performance.

Picture No. 2 - location of the nozzles in the area, together with the accompanying lid
Picture No. 3 - transversal view of the arrangement of the system parts in the car
6. A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF AT LEAST ONE MODE OF THE INVENTION APPLICATION
What follows are the details of this presupposed application of the invention, one example of which is illustrated by accompanying pictures.
The arrangement of the basic parts of this presupposed innovative system is shown in the
Picture No. 1, whereby the compressor 2 may be installed in any suitable part of the car 1.
The nozzles 3 are located in front of the wheels 16 in the flooring section of the car 1, as shown in the Picture No. 2, since all their functions are best performed from that very location. The compressor 2 sends the compressed air at a maximum speed to the nozzles 3 thorough the pipes 4 especially intended for this very purpose.
The Picture No. 2 shows the lid 7, the function of which is to prevent the blockage of the nozzles 3 due to various impurities at the road. The lid 7 is linked to the car body of the car 1 through an adequate opening mechanism 6.
The lid 7 is opened towards outside, i.e. downwards, when the nozzles 3 start throwing out the compressed air 8 and it is closed as soon as the nozzles stop working. The additional function of the lid is to prevent disturbances in the process of throwing out the compressed air 8 out of the nozzles 3 towards the asphalt 15, which might occur due to the increased air circulation while the car is moving.
The shape of the lid 7 is aerodynamic, so as to be able to perform its function as efficiently as possible.
The Picture No. 3 shows the following:
The entire innovative system is activated at the moment when the central computer unit 9 recognizes the abrupt braking, i.e. the urgent stopping of the car 1.
On the occasion of a strong step on the brake pedal 10, the signal impulse 13 reaches the central computer unit 9, which the central unit 9 recognizes as an order for abrupt braking.
The central unit 9 processes the message in a couple of milliseconds and sends an order in a form of electric impulse to two locations - the brake pincers 11 and the compressor 2. The brake pincers have the function of stopping the car in an efficient manner by Anti-lock
Braking System (ABS), whereas the function of the compressor 2 is going to be outlined below, together with the entire innovative application of the system.
As already mentioned above, the entire system is activated by abrupt braking.
The function of the compressor 2 is to compress (press together) the air and store it into the compressed air storage. The same compressed air is sent at the system activation through the pipes 4 at maximum speed to the nozzles 3, which at braking intentionally and strongly throw out the compressed air 8 onto the tyre tread of the wheel 15, what shortens the stopping distance compared to the stopping distance of the car without the installed innovative system.
The system is activated also by ESP activation, resulting in a higher efficiency of the programme.
The system is supposed to cooperate with other electronic programmes.
7. INVENTION APPLICATION MODE
The invention provides for a system, which is capable of shortening the stopping distance of the car at the moment of braking at unoptimal surface in a very simple and efficient manner. The whole system comprises a minimal number of integral parts, which might be produced and linked in a cost-effective manner and installed into the car as a single unit. The experts will find it obvious that certain alterations might be introduced into the system, on the basis of this invention, but without parting from the volume and substance of the invention itself.
