Abstract:
The pressure at which compressed air is supplied to an object to be filled with air is regulated at a regulation pressure or less even if a relief valve is not provided. In a compressor, the compression volume (V2) is such that 0.8 × (V1 × P0/(PP - P0)) ≤ V2 < 1.0 × (V1 × P0/(PP - P0)), where (V1) denotes the cylinder volume (stroke volume) while a piston is moving from bottom dead center to top dead center, (V2) denotes the cylinder volume (compression volume) when the piston has reached top dead center, (P0) denotes atmospheric pressure, and (PP) denotes the regulation pressure. The diameter (D) of an intake hole in an intake valve provided to the piston is 3 to 15 mm.
