A compressor (120) uses a single refrigerant that is composed of a hydrofluoroolefin having a carbon double bond or a mixed refrigerant that contains a hydrofluoroolefin and a hydrofluorocarbon having no carbon double bond, while using a refrigerating machine oil (103) that contains an anti-wear agent and an additive for suppressing deterioration of the refrigerating machine oil (103). The compressor (120) has sliding parts which have a hardness of HRC 47-55 and are exposed to the refrigerant and the refrigerating machine oil (103). Consequently, decomposition and polymerization of the refrigerant and the refrigerating machine oil (103) can be suppressed (namely, generation of sludge can be suppressed), and wear resistance of the sliding parts such as a vane (110) and a piston (109) of the compressor (120) can be maintained. As a result, the reliability of the compressor (120) and the reliability of a refrigeration cycle device using the compressor (120) can be assured.
