Abstract:
The compressor according to the present disclosure is provided with: a compression mechanism that compresses suctioned fluid and discharges the fluid; a motor that rotates the compression mechanism; a casing that houses the compression mechanism and the motor; a partition wall that separates the inside of the casing into a high-pressure section that is a space through which the fluid compressed by the compression mechanism is passed and a low-pressure section through which the fluid to be suctioned by the compression mechanism is passed; a linking flow path part that links the compression mechanism or the high-pressure section to the low-pressure section; a linking flow path-opening/closing device that has a valve that establishes or cuts off connection in the linking flow path part; and a drive control device that controls driving of the motor, and controls opening/closing of the linking flow path-opening/closing device. The drive control device, when starting driving of the compressor, opens the linking flow path-opening/closing device to establish connection in the linking flow path part.
