Abstract:
In this compressor, the axis (2a) of a rotating shaft (2) that transmits rotation from a rotor (1) to a compression unit that compresses a refrigerant is offset from the center (1a) of said rotor (1). The rotor (1) is designed such that, if the rotor (1) is partitioned into a first section on the side of the center (1a) of the rotor (1) corresponding to the direction in which the center (1a) of the rotor (1) lies relative to the axis (2a) of the rotating shaft (2) and a second section on the side of the center (1a) of the rotor (1) corresponding to the direction in which the axis (2a) of the rotating shaft (2) lies relative to the center (1a) of the rotor (1), the magnetic force exhibited by the first section is greater than the magnetic force exhibited by the second section. This design causes an uneven magnetic force of attraction to act on the rotor (1) when the rotor (1) rotates, making it possible to reduce noise and minimize vibration that occurs when an eccentric part of the compression unit rotates.
