Abstract:

A compressor and a refrigeration system comprising the same, wherein the compressor comprises: a casing (100) and a lower flange structure (240), a first compression cylinder (200) and a second compression cylinder (300), arranged in the casing (100) in a bottom-to-top configuration. The first compression cylinder (200) comprises: a cylinder (230), a roller (250) and a vane (260), and the inner wall of the cylinder (230) is provided with a vane slot (231), the roller (250) is disposed within the cylinder (230), and the vane (260) is disposed in the vane slot (231) and engages with the roller (250). A first reset member (271) is disposed between the vane (260) and the vane slot (231), and the vane (260) is provided with a lock slot (261) corresponding to the position of a pin slot (241). A first cavity (281) is formed between one end of the vane (260) oriented away from the roller (250) and the bottom of the vane slot (231), and the cylinder (230) is provided with a first passage connecting the first cavity (281) and the inner cavity of the casing (100); a second cavity (282) is formed between the first end of a pin (290) and the vane (260); and a third cavity (283) is formed between the second end of the pin (290) and the bottom of the pin slot (241). The technical solution of the present invention resolves an issue of overloading of variable capacity cylinders of compressors when they are restarted after unloading.
