Using a first electrode composed of a first molded body molded from a cobalt-chrome alloy powder, a pulse discharge is caused between the end of a rotary blade body and the first electrode, and the material of the first electrode and so forth are welded to the end of the rotary blade body by means of the discharge energy to form a built-up layer on the end of the rotary blade body. Next, using a second electrode composed of a second molded body molded from a mixture power of a metal power and a ceramic powder, a pulse discharge is caused between the blade front side of the built-up layer and the second electrode, and the material of the second electrode and so forth are welded to the blade front side of the built-up layer by means of the discharge electrode to form an abrasive coat having an abrasiveness on the blade front side of the built-up layer.
