Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a compressor valve structure by which stable operation can be maintained without damaging a reed valve and a valve seat during high-speed operation. [Solution] The structure is provided with: a valve plate which is disposed between a cylinder block having therein a cylinder bore and a cylinder head having therein a space for temporarily storing working fluid, the valve plate being such that a port for providing communication between the cylinder bore and the space is formed therein; an annular valve seat which is disposed on an opening peripheral edge of the port of the valve plate; and a reed valve which opens and closes the port by separating from and coming into contact with the valve seat. The radial width of the valve seat is set larger at the tip side of the reed valve than at the base side thereof.
