Abstract:
A compressor wherein chips carried to a compression chamber (33) by a screw conveyor (22) are compressed into a solid (W) by a hydraulic cylinder (28), and then a gate member (51) disposed at one end of the compression chamber (33) is opened to discharge the solid (W) from one end of the compression chamber (33) into outside. The compression chamber (33) is composed of a first cylindrical body (31) and a second cylindrical body (40). The second cylindrical body (40) is interchangeably installed in part of the first cylindrical body (31) so that it may be easily exchanged when worn out.
