Abstract:
A compressor (1) has communication holes (83) formed penetrating through those
portions of a valve plate (9) that faces a restriction step part (59) of a cylinder
block (2) and allowing communication between each cylinder bore (3) and an intake
chamber (7), and also has a rotary valve (71) rotated in synchronous with rotation
of a drive shaft (10) and, at a position at which the valve plate (9) covers the communication
hole (83), in rotational contact with the surface of the valve plate (9), at a portion
on the suction chamber side. A residual pressure release passage (71c) interconnects
a communication hole (83) having finished a discharge and a communication hole
(83) communicating with another cylinder bore (3) having a lower pressure than
the cylinder bore having finished a discharge, and such interconnection is sequentially
continued as the rotary valve (71) rotates.
