Abstract:
A compressor (200) comprises: a suction pipe (2) that is connected to a sealed vessel (1) and communicates with the inside of the sealed vessel (1); and a motor mechanism unit (5) that has a stator (54) fixed to an inner surface of the sealed vessel (1) and that is accommodated in the sealed vessel (1). Terminal parts of a first winding (141) to a ninth winding (149), which are respectively wound around a first pole tooth part (121) to a ninth pole tooth part (129) of a stator core (12) of the stator (54), are connected so as to form a plurality of parallel-connected delta-shaped closed circuits. The wire diameter of the first winding (141) wound around the first pole tooth part (121), which is closest to a joint part (1a) of the sealed vessel (1) and the suction pipe (2), is made smaller than the wire diameters of the second winding (142) to the ninth winding (149) which are wound around the second pole tooth part (122) to the ninth pole tooth part (129).
